How will my order be shipped? How much does it cost?

All orders are sent using UPS Ground shipping. Free shipping is offered for orders over $30. For orders under $30, there is a charge of $3.99 per shipment.

Do you ship to PO boxes, military addresses or overseas?

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO, FPO or overseas addresses.

If you are located outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please do so directly on the Sengled country site for the country you are in.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your order.

Order Changing and Cancelling

Unfortunately, we can't change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and reorder it with the exact details.Please note that your address information must be specific to the street number, building number and room number.Cancellation is not accepted once the package has been shipped. Otherwise the customer must bear the corresponding cost of any return.If the package is lost or cannot be recovered due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the loss shall be borne by the customer. Sengled will not exchange orders or refund money.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In most cases, we will process your order by the next business day. From there, shipping time will depend on where you live. The map below shows estimated shipping times by state.

● Handling time: 1-3 business days
● Shipping time: 1-6 days
● Holiday Shipping: 3-8 business days (depending on actual circumstances)
● Orders are processed and shipped only on business days
● Domestic U.S. shipments are not subject to customs duties, but certain states may impose state taxes, which are borne by the customer.

Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
