Can I use Sengled Bluetooth Mesh app to set up and control this Bluetooth bulb?
No. Sengled Bluetooth Mesh app does not support Sengled Simply Smart bulb.
Can I connect Sengled Simply Smart Bluetooth bulb to Echo devices and then use Alexa app to control it?
No. The Simply Smart bulb cannot connect to Echo device and use with Alexa app.
