Unable to get them connected.

I have been a long time Sengled bulb user with dozens of them in my house. I work in technology, but even with supports help I have been unable to get them to connect.
When I asked for an RMA after spending easily a dozen hours working on this, support went dark. Website states users can return for any reason. Still waiting.

I want more

I was hoping that I could choose the color of each bulb, but that was not the cases.

Have many sengled bulbs and plugs connected without a hub to my wifi.and they all work fine. Just received the sengled string lights.foe outdoors and these appear to be garbage. Will not connect to.my wifi and will not allow me to manually connect either. Very disappointed.
